Our Campers

FAQ

Everything you need to know before exploring Northern Ireland by campervan, from scenic routes and overnight stops to driving tips, hidden spots and coastal landmarks.

  • No special licence is needed. Anyone aged 21–79 with a full UK or EU driving licence held for at least 2 years can drive our campervans.
They’re easy to drive and feel much more like a standard car than a large motorhome.

  • Booking is simple and can be done online or over the phone. You'll need to select your pick-up and drop-off dates and locations, choose your campervan model, and decide on any additional equipment or services, like kitchen kits or bedding packs. Required documents for booking include a valid driver's license from your country of residence, a credit card for the security deposit, and, for international travelers, a passport and, if applicable, an international driving permit. We recommend booking well in advance, especially for peak travel seasons, to ensure the availability of your preferred campervan.

  • Familiarize yourself with the campervan's features and how to use them before you hit the road. Plan your route in advance, including campgrounds or parking spots where overnight stays are allowed. Pack light but don’t forget essentials like food, clothing, and personal items. Storage space is limited, so be strategic about what you bring. Always have a road map or GPS device handy, even if you plan to wander without a strict itinerary. Lastly, respect nature and the communities you visit by following Leave No Trace principles and local regulations.
